Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provides support to Carollo’s Human Resources department with a focus on talent acquisition and benefits

  • Maintains applicant tracking and onboarding databases with candidate information

  • Maintains candidate hiring stages and disposition coding for each job posting

  • Assists with screening applicants to identify qualified candidates for Hiring Manager

  • Assists in coordinating interviews, including scheduling, making travel arrangements and conducting reference checks

  • Tracks and monitor agreements with third party recruiting firms

  • Provides support with monitoring and maintaining the employee referral program, including asking for referrals and managing bonus requests

  • Attends career fairs on occasion, including campus recruiting and professional conferences

  • Assists with preparing job offer letters

  • Engages in special assignments by collecting and analyzing data

  • Assists employees with questions regarding benefits programs

  • Maintain employee benefit enrollments utilizing the HRIS

  • Assists with developing, coordinating, and delivering Wellness Program

  • Assists with carrier invoices and billing

  • Assists with auditing benefit enrollment records and benefit reporting

  • Oversees maintenance of employees benefit files

  • Processes weekly benefit eligibility files with carriers

  • Assists in the design and distribution of materials for benefit orientations, open enrollment, summary plan descriptions, and the Affordable Care Act

  • Assists with scheduling new employee benefit orientations

Required Skills

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills

  • Attention to detail, analytical

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook

  • HRIS and ATS knowledge and skills


Required Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field; or equivalent experience and certification

  • 1-3 years of Human Resources experience

Preferred Experience

  • Experience with iCIMS Recruiting ATS
